Aleisha

My name is Aleisha Smith: I am married to my wonderful partner Jeffrey Smith and in 2015 we welcomed Mackenzie. I have working in childcare for over 10 years now with ages ranging for newborn through to 12 years. In this time, I have completed my certificate III in Child Services my Diploma in Child Services. In 2012 Jeff and I started organizing our home and soon Leaps and Bounds was opened. Jeff works locally doing shift work and often home while kids are in care. Jeff enjoys interacting with the children and families. I enjoy working with children, learning what they do and don’t like and helping them develop, learn and grow. I look forward to meeting and getting to know each member of your family. I am Diploma qualified.
